A stunning book. By Avalon Nuovo and illustrated by David Doran, it is a design masterpiece. I bought this for the youngest elephant in the house as he loves all things orchestral and of course it is packed with musical terminology and description. The quality is superb, from the matt linen feel cover to the beautiful endpapers and the heavy paper stock. Each deco style illustration has been beautifully constructed in a limited palette. Sumptuous.
